Description
Leadership challenges rarely come from a lack of strategy — they emerge in moments of communication, uncertainty, and human dynamics.
This executive experience offers an introduction to equine-guided leadership development. Working alongside the horses in a safe, facilitated environment, participants observe how presence, clarity, boundaries, and non-verbal communication influence outcomes in real time.
The value of the experience is not in learning techniques, but in gaining awareness — seeing patterns more clearly and understanding how leadership behavior impacts others, teams, and decision environments.
For many professionals, this provides immediate insight into leadership effectiveness, communication dynamics, and areas of growth that are difficult to access through traditional training.
This session offers a practical window into the work and how it may support leaders, teams, and organizations.
This experience is suitable for leaders at any stage — from emerging leaders to seasoned executives.
No prior horse experience is required.
What You’ll Experience:
- One guided activity with the horses (ground-based)
- A communication and leadership presence exercise
- Observation of relational dynamics in real time
- Facilitated reflection and practical takeaways
- Space for conversation and connection with other leaders
